Terms of Service

These terms apply to the "BSA Check Register" application (the "App"), operated by Kwent.ai for a barangay client.
1. The service
The App lets authorized staff record checks, vouchers and obligation requests, and produces reports from those records.
2. Who may use it
Only people given a named account by Kwent.ai with the barangay's approval. Do not share your password.
3. Your responsibilities
The barangay and its officers are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered and for reviewing every report before it is filed or signed. The App prepares reports from the records; it does not replace the judgment of the treasurer, accountant or council.
4. Ownership of records
The barangay's records belong to the barangay. Kwent.ai processes them only to provide the service.
5. Availability
The service is provided as is and may sometimes be unavailable. A download of the full register is always available in the App so that the barangay keeps its own copy.
6. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kwent.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App.
7. Changes and ending
We may update these terms or end the service, with reasonable notice to the barangay.
